N. Holiday was raised in Manchester in the mid-'70s. Her formative years were spent exploring the countryside of northwest England, creating masterpieces with crayons, and learning about Shakespeare.

 

During her middle school years, her parents traversed the globe, which allowed her to attend a wide range of international schools in Algeria, the UAE, the USA and, finally, Australia. There, while in high school, she received the Outstanding Achievement in Fine Arts Award for three consecutive years before earning her Honours Degree in Architecture at the University of Queensland.

N. Holiday is also a published children's author and creative arts tutor. For the past two decades, she has sought ways to engage the healing energy of art, opening her mind to the mystery contained within the images and stories she creates—inspired by her rich upbringing.
